These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Unplug ("the Service"), a leave management application. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Unplug, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Unplug is a leave management application that integrates with Slack. It allows teams to request, approve, and track time off, including vacation, sick leave, and other absence types.
3. Account and Registration
To use Unplug, you must install the app in a Slack workspace where you have administrative privileges. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Slack workspace
- All activities that occur under your workspace
- Ensuring that all users in your workspace comply with these Terms
4. Free Trial and Subscription
Unplug offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial:
- You may continue with a free plan (limited features and users)
- You may upgrade to a paid plan for additional features
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data only to provide the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Unplug and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unplug shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your Slack workspace.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
